Hey, I’ve been injured!  5 miles IS long when you’re making your comeback.

But, it’s time to get ready because next week is the real deal.

*fingers crossed I don’t break*

And, I reserve the right to change any track workout to a regular running day if I’m tired.

Or don’t have access to a track.

Remember – moving soon.  In fact, moving in about a month-ish.

I don’t have a specific time goal.  The object of the game is to finish both.

Of course, I’m going to listen to what my body is telling me.

Because the last thing I want is to NOT make it to the starting line of those races.

So, whaddya think?  Too aggressive?

Question: Do you follow a training plan when you’re training for a race?
