We certainly did!
It is possible that we may have had a little TOO much fun.
Yesterday was not long enough to recover.
So, marathon training – day 1?
Today’s workout was one of my favorites – the “hit the snooze button” challenge!
I totally rocked it!
Certainly an inauspicious was to kickoff marathon training but, you know what?
It’s all good. And, there was dancing. Lots of dancing. So, that counts as a workout, right? 🙂
And you’ll have to take my word for it because there isn’t any proof.
But, we needed it. 🙂
And, tomorrow morning?
Back at it with some 800s. Whoop!!
